Precision Cast Ductile Iron Shell

The valve body and cover are made of ductile iron with high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and body are integrally precision cast without any processing.

Full-Diameter Flat-Bottom Flow Channel

When the valve is fully opened, the gate is lifted out of the runner completely. There is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat. It is not easy to accumulate debris. It is the same as the straight pipe and has the lowest flow resistance.

All glued gate

High-performance rubber will cover all the skeleton, ductile iron completely isolated from the medium, no corrosion. Rubber soft seal, firmly bonded with the skeleton.

Movable gate nut

The gate nut can be self-adaptive offset in the gate guide groove, so that the stem is always in a vertical state, preventing the stem from bending. Self-lubrication between copper material and valve stem can effectively reduce operating torque.

Sluice guide system

There is a guide system between the valve body and the gate. When the gate is sealed, the bearing water pressure is not offset, and the rubber is contactless when it is lifted or lowered.

Stainless steel stem

Stainless steel corrosion-resistant valve stem, trapezoidal thread rolling processing, smooth and wear-resistant screw teeth, effectively reduce operating torque, improve service life.

On-line replacement of the shaft seal, when the gate is in full open position, the valve can replace the O-ring at the shaft end under pressure.

Axial Sealing of Stem

Three O-ring seals, without the trouble of packing seal adjustment. The top dust ring prevents the external impurities from entering the inside of the shaft seal.

Medium flange connection

High strength inner hexagonal screw, hot melt glue and valve cover rubber ring are sealed to completely isolate the screw from working medium and external environment.

Non-toxic anticorrosive coating

The inner and outer surfaces of the valves are electrostatic coated with non-toxic epoxy resin powder, which has long corrosion resistance and can be directly used in drinking water, food and pharmaceutical industries.
