    Electric butterfly valve is a kind of multi-turn rotary motion transformed into partial rotary motion (90 +5%) by a motor passing through a reducer. It has stable opening and closing, large output torque; greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, especially for high-pressure and large-caliber valves; suitable for installation in positions that are not manual operation or difficult to access, easy to operate over long distances, unlimited installation height; conducive to the automation of the whole system; power supply is more than pneumatic source, hydraulic pressure. Sources are easily available, and auxiliary wiring and maintenance are much easier than air or hydraulic pipelines. However, the structure is complex. When used in damp and explosive sites, moisture-proof and explosion-proof measures need to be taken. Generally, it is suitable for places where the ambient temperature is lower than 50 C and the relative humidity is less than 80%.

Product characteristics

Type QB

Motor: Select YDF special motor for electric valve. The motor meets the relevant national standards and its torque performance is suitable for the load characteristics of valves.

Reduction mechanism: The structure of first-order spur gear, first-order worm gear pair and first-order NN planetary reducer is adopted.

Travel control and position indication mechanism: The mechanism is directly drawn from the output shaft (90 degree rotation), and the limit cam and pointer rotate 90 degree in full stroke. The potentiometer is used for long-distance electrical signal output and transmission by gear speed-increasing mechanism.

Torque control mechanism: This mechanism can control the output torque set by the electric device in the direction of the valve switch. Torque signals come from the axial displacement of the disc spring compressed by the electric worm. The form of torque switch is cam type.

Manual mechanism: Hand-to-electric switching to full-automatic form, manual only need to shake the handwheel without switching. Because of the high output torque of QBR5, a NGW planetary reducer is added to the manual worm to reduce the handwheel force.

Field control knob: The field control knob is located on one side of the handwheel, which can complete the field electric control of the electric device.


Type QT

The shell parts are all made by die-casting aluminium technology and precision machining, and the quality of key parts is stable.

The product is small in volume and light in weight, and its appearance is excellent by spraying technology.

The position adjustment of the travel control terminal and the setting of the torque switch are convenient and reliable.

Precision of transmission pair parts is high. Ball bearings are used in all rotating parts, and the whole machine has high efficiency and low noise.

The output shaft is worm gear pair transmission, which can realize self-locking at any position.

Mechanical Limiting Mechanism with Adjustable Valve Terminal

Hand/electric switching mechanism is semi-automatic electric priority type, which can ensure safe and reliable operation.
