This valve is suitable for opening and closing of high hardness granular media or soft granular but corrosive medium pipelines. The nominal pressure is 1.6 MPa, and the suitable temperature is less than or equal to 200 degrees. The chemical stability and hardness of homogeneous dimensional structural ceramics are very high (Rockwell hardness HRC90), which is second only to diamond. Therefore, the valve has very high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and good thermal insulation, small thermal expansion. The sphere is manufactured by advanced grinding equipment and technology. The sphere has high roundness accuracy, good painting quality, good grinding with valves, and good sealing performance can be obtained by using self-lubrication of Zr02 ceramics.
